之前喺台北食過一次壽喜燒,念念不忘,決定搵下香港有冇正宗關西壽喜燒!於是揀咗呢間嚟同朋友慶祝生日我地係Lunch食,不過唔係食lunch set,而係揀Sukiyaki set ($580一位),再追加一份牛舌($100)落單嗰陣侍應會問我地有冇咩唔食得,例如係蝦之類前菜,清新開胃近江牛(有西冷同牛肩)師傅係知識型每次俾嘢食我地都會講解係咩嚟,點解要咁食法~例如係食牛,要由淡味食到濃味,所以佢燒牛肉嘅次序係西冷->牛肩->牛舌蔬菜(有豆腐,冬菇,洋蔥,麵筋,蒟蒻麵,同埋一堆菜)上面嘅主菜好快就送到,不過我地食埋茶碗蒸先,蛋好滑又勁多蝦仔師傅首先燒咗西冷先,叫我地第一舊唔沾蛋汁試下啲牛味先好食!而沾咗蛋汁,牛味雖然會淡咗但口感又好滑睇你想點食啦~呢個時候仲會俾碗細白飯我地配牛肉食,師傅同我地講唔夠可以添飯,而且最尾仲會有一碗牛肉蛋飯,提醒我地盡量留肚食食完一塊牛又會燒下啲蔬菜俾我地食,梅花間竹咁食肉同菜見我地唔食肥膏,會幫我地飛走好細心食哂上面嘅牛同菜之後,師傅見我地都飽飽地,所以煮呢個牛肉蛋飯之前問我地洗唔洗少啲飯,我地緊係話好啦不過少咗飯我都覺得好多除咗飯之外仲會配一

食哂上面嘅牛同菜之後,師傅見我地都飽飽地,所以煮呢個牛肉蛋飯之前問我地洗唔洗少啲飯,我地緊係話好啦
不過少咗飯我都覺得好多
除咗飯之外仲會配一碗赤麵豉湯,同埋漬物
赤麵豉湯同平時飲嗰啲係唔同味,可能唔啱香港人口味,不過我地又Ok喎!

食完之後侍應問我地要唔要甜品同coffee~
緊係話要啦~因為我靜靜雞準備咗小驚喜架嘛

朋友本身麻麻地食蛋糕,而且食完呢餐一定勁飽,所以我訂枱時已經問過有冇生日甜品之類,侍應話可以整呢個

整體嚟講真係滿分
師傅煮得好好食,好細心,感覺到係用心煮而且有技術,同時亦分享知識
多謝同辛苦哂師傅

環境亦唔錯,食完唔算好勁油煙味
