勁鍾意食韓國燒烤的我前幾天和朋友初到這間新開張無耐的韓國燒烤食飯,冇諗過食韓燒好似去扒房鋸扒咁有不同部位選擇,連餐牌都列明及介紹不同部位及建議食法,有西冷、肉眼、牛肋骨外還有橫膈膜、肩里脊及肩胛里等等,部位多到我都唔識分,佢哋又有分有醃製和冇醃製。當晚我們有試冇醃製的肉眼、牛肋骨、橫膈膜及有醃製肩胛里,雖然我食落口分唔出邊隻打邊隻,但我覺得牛味非常濃郁口感一流,脂肪分布平均有啲入口即溶嘅感覺,配埋米酒諗起都仲想去食。除此之外我哋有叫 Tar Tar 生牛肉、黑芝麻醬沙律,Tar Tar 如果上菜時生牛肉凍啲及加返隻蛋我會更加欣賞及另外值得推介必食的炸雜菜,食嗰陣時記住要點佢嘅sauce出奇地好好味好特別。
