To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚經過OpenRice book咗去大街食個早的晚飯，難得朋友約我，這可是我第一次去吃呢！我們叫了兩碗湯檬，分量超大呢！我那碗招牌肉丸蕃茄蟹肉湯檬，湯底非常美味😋，朋友就叫了碗生牛肉湯河，湯底和牛肉也很好吃，而小食就叫了蝦紙米卷和忘了影相的炸軟殼蟹，都是超級好味，質素很高，價錢也很適宜，超級值得推介！另外飲品我們就叫了青檸梳打，也很好喝，後來見到人潮開始多了，我們也快快手埋單，希望下次有機會再來試試其他的食物。
