To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個星期lunch見到呢間好似新開既食店，第一時間飛左去試。我對呢d中東包好有興趣，佢叫gyros或kebab都好，我都百吃不厭。今次試左一個lamb roll (即kebab)加一個唔係diet既lemon coke ($45)，羊肉滑而有汁，個包好有當地feel。食完個包好似覺得重想試多一d野，就叫左一個叫lahmacun 既東東(即伊斯坦堡pizza掛)，薄麵包皮上有一丁點肉，我張個送既greek salad中d生菜放左響上面一齊食，都ok架，送多支水($40)。冇加一，全店有十幾個位可以坐。
