To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀成日都唔知食咩，呢間係我朋友推薦，就book定位黎試！一黎就上麵包！自家製豬手凍沙律伴話梅芥末汁:沙律非常新鮮爽口,豬手凍勁有咬口，話梅芥末汁為整道菜增添了岩岩好的酸甜味,面頭落嘅炸蒜非常惹味！牛肝菌蘆筍意大利飯:牛肝菌的出名有濃郁嘅香氣鮮香味融入其中,整個口感層次豐富, 飯嘅熟度剛好，唔會過硬。美國頂級西冷扒:肉質鮮嫩多汁,煎得正好,淋上濃郁的紅酒汁,讓人回味無窮。心太軟:切開心太軟係完美嘅流心, 配上雪糕永遠都唔會輸嘅組合。西柚四季春:茶底本身幾清香加上西柚嘅酸，特別開胃！總的來說,這家餐廳的菜都表現都頗出色，期待下次再來試更多唔同嘅菜！
