To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對上嗰次係同另一半拍拖去食,好記得佢嘅油封鴨髀同埋牛骨髓都令到我覺得好驚艷。今次同朋友都係簡單聚會,諗住食平啲搞掂,所以就向佢啲risotto落手,食完就覺得果然都係貫徹高質嘅宗旨。幾鍾意佢啲麵包,三款唔同嘅麵包真係幾有心機。‣ 火炙半熟三文魚伴紫妹莎莎 $148唔係煙三文魚,係半熟三文魚,個口感都幾過癮。表面又被輕輕火炙過嘅痕跡,但咬落去之後又食得出三文魚刺身嘅嗰種口感同埋鮮味。而因為有紫洋蔥作為配搭,令到成碟沙律味道都變得更加鮮甜。‣ 牛肝菌露筍意大利飯 $208牛肝菌獨特嘅香味真係不得了,面頭仲有唔少嘅芝士碎,令到意大利飯真係變得更加香。飯粒嘅口感都煮得啱啱好,每一啖都感受到牛肝菌嘅鮮甜。而滑嫩嘅蘆筍都令到意大利飯有唔一樣嘅口感,趁熱食真係好正。‣ 8oz美國頂級西冷 $318上枱嘅時候發覺其實份量都唔細,牛扒嘅質感好軟嫩,而我覺得佢脂肪嘅部份都煎得好香,唔會令到你覺得好油膩唔想食,入口豐腴,啱啱好帶得出牛扒本身嘅香。‣ 士多啤梨朱古力窩夫士多啤梨雪糕 $88一上碟嘅時候就發覺餐廳好用心用朱古力寫嘅字,窩夫外脆內軟,唔會太乾身啱啱好。而士多啤梨雪糕都冇咁快融,好鍾意佢濃稠嘅口感,作為一餐嘅完結啱啱好。‣ 凍水果茶 $46價錢唔會話好貴,而且真係幾大杯幾抵飲,成支水果茶入邊全部都係生果粒,食咗好多藍莓、菠蘿同奇異果,全部都係我好鍾意嘅生果。覺得食到有啲膩嘅時候,飲水果茶真係一流,兩個人share飲都夠晒。

餐前麵包:店員先送上三款唔同既麵包,仲有士多啤梨果醬同牛油。個人覺得就咁食唔洗點醬都夠哂好食。最難得既係香港好多西餐廳既餐前麵包都冇放係保溫爐,所以食果陣好乾身,但呢間食既時候仲係暖笠笠,入面都有麵包應有既鬆軟。自家製豬手凍沙律伴話梅芥末汁 : 話梅芥末汁第一次試,但好有驚喜!話梅芥末汁酸味幾突出,同豬手既咸香味好夾,食落感覺好清爽👍🏻沙律菜都新鮮爽脆。豬手有三大塊,前菜黎講份量十分足夠。加拿大豬鞍扒10oz:平時都成日食牛扒,今次試下豬鞍扒,切落去已經見到入面好粉嫩,用刀輕壓仲有滿滿既肉汁。豬扒外脆內軟、燒汁味唔會太濃,更容易食到香濃而不騷既豬肉味。配菜都有好多,都烤得好香,咬落去juicy。牛肝菌露筍意大利飯: 芝士同牛肝菌又係一個冇得輸既組合!牛肝菌既味好濃好突出,意大利飯都好Creamy,每一啖都好滿足。朱古力香蕉金寶:鐘意香蕉同朱古力既人一定唔可以錯過,本身兩者都好夾,加埋金寶焗到微脆,為呢餐飯寫上完美的結局。第一次體驗意大利西餐廳黎講呢間絕對比到一個令我哋滿足既體驗!

尖沙咀 好多好野食,今日約左朋友黎依間樓上cafe,環境唔錯之餘野食都好有水準。 前菜叫左個沙律,火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇葉莎莎,三文魚火炙完特別香,而沙律係柚子醋味酸香開胃。 主菜叫左牛肝菌露筍意大利飯同埋美國頂級西冷扒。意大利飯好creamy,食到大量既牛肝菌,好香。而西冷扒揀左五成熟,切開係好靚既粉紅色,仲保留有大量肉汁。 甜品叫左士多啤梨朱古力窩夫配雪糕,窩夫即叫即整,外皮好脆而內里軟棉,食落唔太甜。 飲品就試左佢地既紅柚四季春同埋玫瑰花茶,感覺花茶更勝一籌,香味十足。
