To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日想和家日吃日本菜,剛好來到炮台山,找到一家新開的日本料理,有驚喜!自家製烏冬好正煙靱有口感香港自製烏冬和蕎麥麵的店真的不多,有誠意日式豬扒夠大件,外面炸得很香囗,但又能保住肉汁,配合冷烏冬真一流和牛混合漢堡扒真係入口溶化,有口感,一定要試。他他醬日式炸雞和照燒牛舌好食,一定要食。我們4個人晚餐吃得飽飽的,也只吃了四百多,真的不貴。我們說好一定再來食,噢,聖誕節包個場搞聖誕Party。 我是第一次寫食評,大家多多指教和交流。

煙靱有口感
香港自製烏冬和蕎麥麵的店真的不多,有誠意

日式豬扒夠大件,外面炸得很香囗,但又能保住肉汁,配合冷烏冬真一流

和牛混合漢堡扒真係入口溶化,有口感,一定要試。
他他醬日式炸雞和照燒牛舌好食,一定要食。
我們4個人晚餐吃得飽飽的,也只吃了四百多,真的不貴。我們說好一定再來食,噢,聖誕節包個場搞聖誕Party。
