To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得為此食肆平反

在進餐之前因為已經看過這裡食評，所以預料未必會好食。我自己今晚的經驗：可能是星期六晚罷，人客挺多，添補食物的時間挺快，沒有問題。Salad 部份認真不錯，選擇多，有一貫選擇加分開的Caesar Salad，還有cous cous，菜的選擇多，牛油果dressing也算少見。芝士選擇多，也有Foie gras；有一款是Orange味道，正！miso soup 很普通。我不食肉類海鮮。但同行朋友有食，沒有甚麼問題~~~甜品沒有甚麼問題喔，基本上白朱古力、nuts任食，有個白酒味道雜莓Jelly 好味道。雪糕我只是試了Yellow Apricot，挺喜歡。畢*雪糕*的師傅有禮貌，不用等候；朋友試了pancake，好味(記得可以要求ice cream inside pancake wahhaha)。可能平時/中午不夠人就很多問題出現？但今晚就很enjoy，沒有遇見甚麼問題。值得一提是serve我們的女侍應及甜品section的兩位師傅都很有禮貌+笑容，值得嘉許！
