To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚約咗女朋友試吓，有位好朋友介紹的餐廳，佢講又大件又好味環境又好坐得舒服，價錢又唔太貴，最重要係不限時間。我哋最後要咗1個晚餐，香草煎雞胸配薯條同1個带子海鮮飯，晚餐有餐湯及餐飲。等咗一陣香草雞胸同薯條放係我面前，意想不到有咁大份量，海鮮飯都比出面一般大好多。我切咗件雞胸好香有牛油香草味，好滑，薯條好脆有薯味，輪到海鮮飯好大同埋好靚，睇落好滿足，原來海鮮飯有🦐有兩款青口，師傅炒得啱啱好唔會太淋，太硬，白汁分量啱啱好，唔會蓋咗D海鮮味，十分好味。我哋食咗大約3佰鬆D兩個人，我哋覺得一D都唔貴，份量又大，不過你睇自己叫咩？平有平食，貴有貴食，最緊要係不限時間
