每年我哋都喜歡返嚟過中國新年,約吓親友打邊爐,好開心!而每次打嚫邊爐,就最緊要買『李輝記』嘅牛頸脊肉同埋雪花部位兩款。今年我哋六人初三開爐,因為需要三斤半肉,揾心一開門就賣哂,所以之前已經同佢哋落訂;點知當日下午去到老闆話都要排隊,最後足足等咗 74分鐘先輪到我哋俾錢攞肉。太子爺負責切,大老闆負責入盒兼收錢,兼有禮貌,簡直係 one fine n’ smooth operation!當晚成個邊爐聚會,大家好開心,尤其是當我將第一啖牛肉放入口,就已經開心到唔記得排隊嘅苦悶啦。
