係九龍灣放工後,朋友約左我去淘大食飯,我地想食日本野,見到哩間餐廳人頭湧湧, 餐牌上都有岩食既野,一於等下位先,大概等左15分鐘左右既時間終於安排到坐位比我地入去,我同朋友預先係出面巳經睇好食咩,所以可以即刻叫店員落單,叫左兩串鹽燒牛舌,一個鰻魚飯同一碗豬軟骨稻庭烏冬,我地加$18蚊升級埋套餐,除左配埋飲品仲有個餐前小食同麵豉湯。今晚小食係青瓜鰻魚粒,酸酸地,作為餐前小食好開胃。麵豉湯同傳統的唔同,餐廳加入左蘿蔔、洋蔥片同海帶一起煮,令口感多元化。燒牛舌厚身,燒到軟軟地食落味道唔錯。豬軟骨稻庭烏冬既豬軟骨夠哂琳身,烏冬本身薄同幼身,食落彈牙滑溜。期待既金魂鰻魚上枱,香氣四溢,鰻魚甜美ok,下面既飯好多,我用碗仔同朋友share食都畢到起碼三碗飯出黎,食完太飽,我地就叫個焦糖波蘿解解膩,波蘿燒過仲保留到好多汁,外層有層薄薄的焦糖,脆口、甜美,為這餐飯劃上美味的句號。
