To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前一次來這裏食野的時候,見到2個女仔非常挑剔都選擇這個籠仔蒸飯,於是今次再來都試吓,不過要等30分鐘才有得食,荷葉包着花菇,雞同炒過的飯,簡單得來勁好味。都不枉要等30分鐘(前次見到其他人叫的時候,老闆好有禮貌的解釋過,整個飯先炒好再放入蒸柜蒸20分鐘),整個籠仔放到你面前才剪開,那香味即時釋放出來,非常吸引,份量又2個人都差點食唔晒,連同個勁好飲又無乜味精的中湯都係$108,一点都唔算貴,唯一美中不足是今次見唔到上次又好招呼又好忍耐力……沒穿製服(相信應該是老闆)的欣勤招待。等候期間見到旁邊食麻辣都十分吸引,下次要再來試試。
