To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 半龍地位一直崇高,即使有很多新的酒店出現,但半龍的經典真的有他的位置,充滿貴族的味道。難得疫情無地方好去,便做吓孝順女陪媽媽飲飲食食。今次去了半龍嘉麟樓,一行6人,5大1小去飲茶,但要分開兩張枱,職員也很細心,把我們安排到較靜的角落,等我們行過去另一張枱也不尷尬(當然要預先book位)啦。選了幾款點心,比我想像中便宜,最緊要是可以逐件計,邊個想食唔想食,不用浪費或焗住食。招牌匈牙利鬈手豬叉燒無得輸,叫了一份$400,職員直接分成兩枱,始終6個人食每人只有1-2件。燒賣、黑淑和牛包無咩驚喜,而叉燒酥咬落酥脆加叉燒美味,兩件炸物脆蝦卷和松露酥值得一試。另外有些忘了影相,如XO醬腸粉要俾個讚,但因食物快凍,凍咗唔好食的情況下,便放棄相機食先的諗法。最後叫多兩個甜品,買單也是1900左右,雖然這裏的食物未算去到好高質,但也是誠意之作,以這裏的環境氣氛,絕對值得一試。
