Restaurant: Kam Kee Cafe (Two Harbour Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沒想到在九龍灣工商區有這樣高質素的茶餐廳。Set Lunch之一咖哩牛腩飯好味到不得了,有椰奶味的炆牛腩,加埋濃郁的羅宋湯,簡直有西餐廳的質素。另一茶餐廳常選是做沙爹牛肉公仔麵配炒蛋,這個都非常高質,色香味俱全。再來一個考功力的揚州炒飯,都絕不失望。平日很少在外追加油菜,既不化算又未必好味,但試完三道主菜已無需考慮的就order了「時令油菜」一碟。結果眾望所歸,下次會再有得留底。至於服務,明顯人手不夠,要搵一個侍應來招呼,就有點難道,不過餐廳選擇自己QRcode落單,其實都非常方便,而且很快亦已上菜。總結,值得推介俾在附近的返工朋友仔變飯堂
