To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮨文呢間omakase日本餐廳係元朗好出名,今次食完覺得都值得大家encore 既餐廳。揀左$628 set 每款壽司都好新鮮,味道亦都十分出色。其中一道非常推介嘅菜式係佢哋嘅海膽三文魚籽杯,真係好多海膽好正。除咗海膽三文魚籽杯之外,餐廳嘅茶碗蒸同壽司都非常出色。茶碗蒸蒸得滑,師傅話用左黑松露油蒸,食落特別惹味。而壽司就更加唔洗講啦,每一件都新鮮好滑,入口即化,特別係餐廳嘅拖羅,沙甸同炙燒右口魚壽司,超肥,好好食。除咗食物之外,餐廳氣氛都唔錯,師傅會同你傾偈,好適合一班朋友或者家人一齊去食。
