To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我同老公都係好懶嘅人,好少預先準備慶祝活動,適逢結婚周年紀念,點都要豪一豪佢嘅,放工後臨時決定去食omakase。好好彩,可能因為係平日,即日打電話去都仲有位,一入到去店員就先講解價錢同介紹當晚菜式,問我地有咩唔食嘅,比想像中貴,見係周年紀念,食咗先算啦~店員服務好好,師傅好識做,亦會講解每一道菜係咩同點樣食,嘢食好新鮮,有特色,唔係淨係得壽司同刺身咁簡單,present好靚,拍得住我哋喺北海道食果餐懷石料理,我哋食得好開心,大満足!
