山長水遠,為博紅顏一笑,女朋友聽左"寿司の神"呢個名好耐,好想去食,但我地係港島人,今日就預早訂位,專程開車來潮聖,附近錶位唔多,但可以泊路邊博一博。 去到門口,見到簡簡單單黑白招牌嘅門面,不花巧,有殺氣,甫進入店內,座位不多,但室雅何須大呢。我地係訂bar枱位,可以睇到師傅嘅功架,一坐低睇睇餐牌,order 左兩個最貴$1200 / head ,食得Omakase當然無menu,面前那位眉清目秀嘅師傅話佢就係menu ! 好攪笑。見到面前有棵新鮮生葵,見到師傅即磨架! 喜歡攝影嘅我,梗係來個相機食先! 女朋友幫手打燈,唔該! 等左一陣,由前菜開始,頭盤擺設精美,熟蝦上有黑松露及金萡,加埋燒吞拿魚,食落好有層次,跟住有鮮北寄貝刺身,師傅叫我望實,佢一下就將件北寄貝撻落枱,嘩 ! 仲會"郁".... 師傅話,原來新鮮先會"郁",急凍雪藏就sorry啦,精彩嘅表演,又學到嘢啦! 海膽軍艦,爆滿晒嘅日本海膽包住舊壽司飯來食,好邪惡 ! 鯖魚刺身,醋漬鯖魚就食得多,原來刺身個種魚油味好重,有驚喜 ! 野生油甘魚 (師傅話又可以叫鰤魚,又上一課啦),夠肥美

跟住隔離有人唱生日歌,見到個壽司蛋糕,好靚呀 ! 我地都有唱happy birthday to you.......店子雖小,但氣氛很好好,食得好開心,值得豪一次 !
p.s 其實比起尖咀中環,已經平左一半 !
