To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今個月做緊環球海鮮大餐，作為海鮮控既我就比佢吸引左呢到真心好大，食物分晒唔同區域，凍海鮮區，刺身區，日式小食區，西式區，中式區，東南亞區同埋甜品區不過我最鍾意佢個甜品區，係movenpick雪糕丫，有成十款咁多，仲要有最愛既青檸雪葩，雪葩類既都有三款。食晚餐係有龍蝦既，所以價錢會比午餐貴的，但都係cp值高，龍蝦好鮮甜，生蠔有海水味，唔會腥串燒同炸野雖然唔多，但質素都ok，刺身款都比一般既自助餐多少少，有五至八款（唔係好記得）中式野有野味既避風塘炒龍蝦鉗，呢個好食，但食得多就覺得咸啦可惜位，呢度只包一杯野飲，當然水係任飲的，想要任飲就要加$98啦不過整體黎講我都好滿意既
