石鍋炸豚肉香菇飯炸豚肉同果飯分開上,避免左豚肉放係可鍋太熱而"淋"左。炸豚肉以木板上碟,感覺清新,賣相吸引!炸豚肉既粉漿唔會好厚,外脆內嫩,咬落一d都唔油!!加上配以沙律醬,食落更惹味清新以石鍋既香菇同飯份量十分多,絕對唔怕唔夠飽!!
