星期日到彩晶軒喝下午茶,地點就在西鐵站旁,非常方便。燒汁百花釀豆腐煲每煲三件蝦膠釀豆腐,豆腐炸過很香口,淋上燒汁,以小砂煲上枱,保持溫度,亦加添一份家鄉味。瑤柱豆苗餃晶瑩的外皮包著豆苗,鮮蝦及瑤柱,豆苗加了薑去除青味,鮮蝦爽口,瑤柱份量少吃不出瑤柱味,外皮稍嫌過於黏糯。家鄉煎薄罉粉漿加了蛋、粟米粒、葱粒及芋頭絲,薄薄的,煎得香脆,不黏口,但味道偏鹹。沙律明蝦角外層香脆可口,外皮用了雙層皮包,炸過後有酥皮的效果,份外酥脆。內裡包著滿滿的鮮蝦,爽口彈牙。
