To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間位於沙田石門店京瑞廣場的煌苑，整層三樓都是這間茶樓，所以就算人多都不需要等很長時間。剛上桌的是蒜茸蝦春卷, 春卷脆卜卜，蒜茸醬醃過的蝦幾入味，好抵食。煌府蝦餃皇也是即點即蒸，略嫌有少許蒸得過火，兩隻的蝦餃皮黏在一起了，不過口感和味道也是不錯的。四寶滑雞扎、蠔皇叉燒包和黑松露燒賣皇都是不錯的選擇。另外要推介的是滋味孖寶，當中包括潤燒脆皮乳鴿和雪菜火鴨絲炆鴛鴦米。炆米很有鑊氣很香口，加上了一些青椒和紅椒來平衡。乳鴿也啖啖肉，份量也很足。
