To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日嚟飲個靚早茶, 不過原來呢度開11點, 唯有周圍逛吓先點了個壽眉(呢度個名好靚, 叫白牡丹)(茶每位55), 當然仲有更多更名貴的選擇啦~點心食品種類都算多:兩個人就點咗5嘢:皮脆肉鬆化, 唔會太咸, 黑豚呢...我就食唔出嘞, 不過啲餡好juicy, 合格~$30一粒...皮薄, 蝦肉爽, 但我個人覺得普普通通囉呢個幾特別, 好有黑松露香, 包住啲餡有雞粒&菇粒, 食落有啲似鮮竹卷feel見未食過點嚟試試, 原以為只係好似炸兩咁, 換咗響鈴做餡, 但原來啲響鈴啲係包咗啲蝦膠的, 雖然味道偏淡, 但響鈴好脆, 幾特別呢度唔大, 但環境舒適, 又可以一路食一路望吓景, 侍應服務周到, 只係價錢係普通酒樓的3倍, 日日嚟就唔會嘞, 試吓無妨
