To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天星期日，約了家人在中環交易廣場的翠玉軒飲茶，此處環境舒適寧靜，裝修典雅，可以預先訂枱，是假日飲茶傾偈好地方。點心叫了北菰牛肉球、車仔豬腸粉、安蝦鹹水角、菠蘿叉燒焗餐包、柚皮竹笙羅漢齋、涼瓜牛肉煎米粉和兩碗燕窩薑汁燉鮮奶。此處的點心價錢雖然略貴，但質素相當不錯，腸粉很嫩滑，加入甜醬和麻醬，相當美味。牛肉球配原隻花菇，非常匹配。豉汁涼瓜煎米粉很冶味，米粉煎得香脆。燕窩燉鮮奶香滑不太甜，是次飲茶人均消費$177。
