假日來到淘源酒家品嚐點心,雖然經常在黃埔飲茶但還是第一次來這裡。假日中午時段幸好不用等位。點心一般一籠有三件剛好三位享用。蒸蘿蔔糕淡淡的蘿蔔香和臘肉的咸香,一點不過膩反而澱粉略為過多。叉燒腸粉很滑剛剛蒸好,不錯。叉燒包,以鮑汁製作比一般的叉燒包較juicy反而有點過鹹,沒有傳統叉燒般帶點蜜糖的甜味。姬松茸遼蔘粉菓蒸得晶瑩剔透,玻璃一樣的粉菓皮全透出餡料色彩,外表十分吸引,味蕾充滿松茸菇香。嫩滑鮮蝦豆苗餃同樣剔透,外表別緻物如其名十分嫩滑,表皮煙韌豆苗夠嫩。海哲比較粗身很爽脆。拍青瓜加入大量蒜頭。涼盤小食藍莓醬配上淮生很清甜。
