To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日 星期日當年又係同爸爸飲茶嘅日子,但係可能因為今日比較晏十二點鐘先至去攞位, 最後要等一個鐘頭先至可以入到。睇餐牌其實都唔使太多選擇因為可能每星期都會嚟,所以今次就叫咗五個點心 ,最後大約110蚊。 叉燒包你都好熱但係一食落去皮比較濕咗少少,同埋叉燒實在太甜 。煎腸粉 而家嘅煎腸粉已經唔再好食,因為已經煎嘅感覺同埋豉油落咗落去係唔咸嘅好淡。 煎堆拼豆腐, 呢個係我覺得最好食嘅一個點心,豆腐原來係入面有芝士 ,仲要係芝士味 味道好味 ,而且煎堆仲要係熱辣辣一邊做有芋頭,雖然沒有芋頭粒,但係整體都好味 。粉果配蝦餃,正常未到冇乜特別,但係都係偏淡最後都要加咗一啲辣椒醬先至可以有返少少味。最後我哋叫咗 川味鴛鴦餃 ,凍嘅味道好一般,川味一啲都吾辣,只係覺得邊行同埋有蒜香味寧願食紅油抄手好啲。
