To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得放假,要同爸爸去飲茶啦。今日去到因為爸爸攞位,可以直接入去,坐嘢食方面我哋兩個人嗌咗四個點心86蚊都幾抵食。但係味道就比之前差咗,鵝肝燒賣,鵝肝無味,燒賣好淋,雞春捲如果唔係講緊係雞春捲仲以為係豬肉,因為入面嘅餡完全唔知道係啲乜。 原個馬拉糕, 馬拉糕偏濕, 味道正常,反而最簡單嘅魚皮餃西生菜反而係最好食 。大約坐咗兩個鐘頭左右就離開,今次嘅點心比之前差咗,可能下次叫返d啲平時買保險啲嘅點心會好啲。
