真係掙扎咗好耐,唔係咁想寫呢篇食評,因為呢間野平時已經難book位,舖位又細,如果我寫得咁好咪大把人爭食,到時我就更加難訂枱。不過做人又唔可以咁自私嘅,有好嘢都想同大家share下。今次係我第二次嚟呢度,好彩又一早whatsapp定個老細訂枱啫,如果唔係真係有排等位呀。上次試過青木瓜沙律,覺得有點單調,今次本身想叫雜錦木瓜,但靚仔話未必岩香港人食,會有少少鯹同都好辣,所以介紹我地食泰式鳳爪沙律。呢碟鳳爪夠晒大碟,鳳爪爽口帶點酸酸辣辣,伴埋唐芹、紫洋蔥、蔥、番茄好香口,越食越辣、越辣越想食。生蝦係每枱必點嘅菜式,我今次嚟嘅目的都係為左見佢一面咋,真係超正,蝦夠厚身,用冰鎮住後,肉質結實彈牙、配埋呢個酸辣汁更能帶出蝦嘅鮮味同埋可以殺菌,真係無得輸。咖哩蟹,隻蟹都算多肉,咖哩汁亦都好惹味,但略為杰身,好似一pat嘢咁。咖哩汁雖然杰啲,但用嚟點蒜蓉包真係一流,我飽到七彩還食得落。冬蔭功都係我嘅至愛,味道香濃又唔怕辣,香茅味出色,湯碗細細,但裡面有3隻大蝦,。燒雞翼,我自細鍾意食,最難就係燒至外面金黃色,裡面還嫩滑juicy,呢度合晒我心意,又係每枱必食。泰式椰苗,唔駛講,只要食
