每次想食海鮮就會去金山,皆因平靚正啲侍應叔叔又好招呼,老舖唯一缺點可能就係啲位比較逼,坐得冇咁舒服。因為冇大瀨尿蝦,所以今日揀咗食龍蝦,24蚊両西澳龍,上湯焗配伊麵底,啖啖肉好鮮味。我就最鍾意食佢嘅砵酒焗鱔球,好味又唔使吐骨,肉脆彈牙。另外嗌咗一份炒蟶子皇,啱啱好4隻一人一隻。老豆想食豆腐,嗌咗個海鮮豆腐煲,出面餐廳嗰啲,通常嗰啲所謂海鮮都係雪藏魚柳,魷魚,蝦仁仔,但金山嘅海鮮豆腐煲,則係用鮑片,桂花蚌,大蝦,帶子,十分足料。金山作為一間老牌食肆,懷舊菜式當然唔少,喺餐牌見到炸大腸同芝麻蝦餅(其實係傳統蝦多士)梗係要嗌啦,2樣都冇失望,大腸勁脆唔油,清晒啲肥膏薄切炸脆,蘸埋個甜酸汁配菠蘿食,好味!而個蝦多士爽身脆口,塊麵包完全冇油膩感,咬落去冇油,真係好考功夫。另外仲嗌咗個雞油豆苗,今日啲豆苗好嫩,食完好想encore,可惜已經嗌咗6樣嘢,又食唔到8樣,惟有唔encore個豆苗啦!以前去老舖食,臨尾一定會送綠豆沙,可惜疫情復業後就冇送糖水lu...佢個臭草綠豆沙真係好好食㗎,可惜……
