To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從外國回來的父母有時差，早上四點已起床，到左晏晝四點好肚餓又眼瞓，求其落街食下野，到左好耐無食過嘅譚仔，一人叫左一碗酸辣粉填飽肚先。落單時順便叫店員比埋水，意外地唔係超熱嘅滾水，室溫熱少少而已。阿爸至愛凍奶茶，叫左杯少甜，甜度剛好，茶香奶滑幾正。魚片頭酸辣魚片頭爽口彈牙，無油益味好食。魚腐酸辣魚腐極淋，口感有點像麵筋，吸湯一流。豬潤酸辣豬潤剛熟不過老，亦沒有化學味，而且一碗入面有好多塊，一路食到底都仲有，抵食。三碗粉加一杯凍飲剛剛好100蚊，哈。呢間分店都幾多伙計喎，個個做到無停手，落單收碗密密做。
