Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (JD Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年做足 364 天食肉獸,今日很想放下屠刀,清淡一些吃餐素食。從開飯網頁搜索佐敦區的素菜餐廳,不費多少精力,已經找到排名最高的三德素菜館。菜館面積比一般齋菜館大,裝修有點殘舊,但個個老伙記都態度認真,招呼週到,不似一般的老舖子。個人一向很喜歡吃腐皮,這款法海蒲團正合心意。一件件份量十足的腐皮包裹著紅蘿蔔絲、馬蹄和木耳,味道不錯,不過再多點木耳便更好。茨汁刻意不會太濃,加上面層少許髮菜,吃起來不會太溜。看到餐牌內還有很多有特色的齋菜,下次必定再多試其他菜式。
