To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做生意唔老實，還操口大罵客人

幫襯了最小二十多年，今天去買3碗面外賣，2碗5餸，一碗4餸，包起袋時見到其中一碗包袋盒特別细碗的。問30多歲的男人為什麼其中一碗特別细，佢話因為其中一碗冇叫菜。當時我已經唔係好明，什麼叫冇菜，^好，算。走左幾步，都係返去問多次點解，個所謂太子仔話因為冇叫菜，我話有乜關係，價錢都同另一碗都係53元，點解細左，我話做生意最緊要公公道道，佢就話，爭你D湯炸吓，咁鐘意飲湯入黎厨房飲哂全部湯吖，我慶到話，你阿爸一直都吾會咁樣做生意同咁嘅態度對客人。佢即刻又繼續鬧話我吾識教仔，我話我識吾識教關你咩事，你咪又係靠你老豆！佢然後就狂燥証發作，下删十萬操口。。鬧到全條街頭街尾都聽到。做生意公公道道最緊要，我有比足錢，我只係要番我自己應得嘅嘢。咁樣偷工減料，當客人水魚，自已理虧，還大罵客人，唔係從细就相識老闆咁多年，我一定繼續同佢鬥鬧，最好成條街黎觀摩。老細咁樣交比自己個仔打理真係倒米。以後一生都不會帮襯！！！
