To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做生意手法有問題

上次食過覺得好食，一心帶朋友黎食，兩個人夜晚9點幾黎到，叫左個幾餸麻辣燙，食晒先醒起碗麵入面冇豬大腸，同個阿姐講，個阿姐話我食晒先講，話係我錯。事實係豬大腸根本冇黎，我又根本冇食過，理所當然要退錢，阿姐堅持係我錯，我當然同佢理論。店員阿叔加入理論，原本阿叔都話係我錯，後尾都話算數肯退錢。我太嬲都計唔到數，結果找左錢離開先發現根本冇退到10蚊。最慘係朋友原來一直都知阿姐出古惑，但佢唔出聲仲話唔好同佢嘈，最多下次唔好黎。唔係下次黎唔黎既問題，係根本佢地做生意手法有問題，係原則問題，呢間咁既店幾好食都冇用，以後都唔好去。
