中秋節前後做節, 屋企長輩總要堅持食中菜,因為我地係廣東人的關係, 對於福建菜的認識真係少之又少, 結果做節就揀左食莆田。蝦苗拌頭水紫菜頭水紫菜營養豐富, 冰冰凍凍, 而有酸酸地, 十分開胃酥炒芋芯芋頭外皮脆得黎又有甜甜地,而且入面仲係超粉, 一口一粒, 好吃。百秒黃花魚百秒黃花魚,魚肉嫩滑,鮮滑得黎又帶點鹹香, 簡單用薑去避腥, 湯汁味道鮮甜,鮮美可口! 不過唯一美中不足的是唔算十分少骨莆田滷麵黎得putein, 當然要試呢到的名物: 滷麵, 米之蓮一星果然係唔同D,湯底配料非常繁多,蜆肉清甜、冬菇、7同新鮮蝦等等,味道口感豐富紅菇燜豆皮材料非常多, 有干貝, 蟶子干, 蝦干之餘, 又有豆腐同豆皮, 用小火燜成, 如果嫌土雞燥的話, 呢味紅菇燜豆皮都係一款唔錯的菜色, 補血補身之餘個湯都幾清甜,吸哂紅菇的精華。總括而言, 米芝蓮食府果然係唔同D, 上菜都幾快, 而且店員服務優質,埋單每人百餘元左右,做節黎講算係幾唔錯。
