今年做節,我哋揀咗四季酒店嘅龍景軒食好啲!有米芝蓮星星嘅佢一直都好難訂位,今年咁好彩中秋節俾我哋訂到位!原本我哋都諗緊係咪叫套餐,跟住諗諗吓睇睇下套餐都唔係樣樣想食,今次決定試吓散叫!龍景軒特別在大部份嘅菜式都可以半份咁叫。今次我哋叫咗:1.蜜汁叉燒:係夠淋嘅,又甜甜地,好食!2.凍鮑片配蘆筍紅蜇頭:凍鮑片夠鮮甜,又夠淋,紅蜇頭成片食好有口感,不過我覺得唔夠入味。配喺下面嘅蘆筍又嫩又甜。3.皇湯雞絲羹:龍景軒必試菜式,濃厚嘅雞湯,膠到好似飲緊花膠湯咁!4.皇湯蒸斑片蛋白:為是日特別菜式,唔會係餐牌上面搵到,皇湯蒸蛋白原來可以咁夾好食!5.黑松露炸蟹蓋:都係是日特別菜式,黑松露味突出但又唔會搶咗蟹肉嘅鮮味,多蟹肉,好好食!6.孜然香椒羊蹍肉:呢個叫咗半份,羊肉好嫩好juicy,唔會過熟,好好食!7.蒜蓉蒸半邊龍蝦粉絲:相比之前嘅菜式呢碟就比較普通,唔試無損失。8.蝦子遼參配豬腳筋:爽口嘅遼參配以濃香嘅蝦子醬汁,美味。9.甜品:最後茶藝師會煮一小壺茶俾你,是晚係桂花鐵觀音,好清香入口好舒服。桂花杞子糕同埋嗰粒酥餅都係送嘅。我哋另外仲叫咗碗杏汁湯圓同埋半份蜂蜜薑茶糕。兩個甜品都好好味,雖然已

鍾意摘星嘅朋友一定要黎試吓呢間中菜廳,有五星級嘅服務,食物又好味,菜式又可以半份咁叫夠哂細心,啱晒細食又想試多啲嘅朋友!下次我都要午餐嚟試吓啲點心先!
