做節，是這樣的了

十二月中旬‧晴做節，怎能沒燒肉？見掛了幾件沙梨篤在架，但就收埋幾條腩骨在下邊，就要兩條骨。不算很好，雖然皮脆，但肉不太嫩滑。當然龍記的燒肉有番咁上下，至少白肉的部份也好吃。百四元，是貴了一點，但做節就是這樣子的了。
