#throwback to Mid Autumn, don't you know that OT is a must during one of the most important Chinese festivals?

Instead of spending time with family, I have decided to work in the office with my colleagues.
Before we go back to the office and work our ass off until midnight, we have decided to have a Korean dinner for a quick research.

Gimbap

Their gimbap is pretty basic with a firm texture from the rice and crunchy texture from the shredded carrot and cucumber in the middle. The almost bite size gimbap was just on point but the taste was pretty predictable.

Korean fried chicken
It was quite disappointing as the batter was way too thick while neither the batter nor the chicken was seasoned well. It was dried and tasteless. It was just not too enjoyable in short.

Beef pot
Korean beef is generally sweeter in taste while this one makes no differences. The beef was thinly sliced and the pot was prepared with loads of bean shoots, corn, spring onion and more. I think that the pot was a little bit too savoury to me.

Kimchi tofu soup
Their kimchi tofu soup was comparatively better in taste but again nothing really surprising to me. The tofu was pretty soft and that's about it.
