To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 停不了的生日飯局又黎,今晚同朋友隨意咁係太古城搵間有氣氛的餐廳食飯慶祝一下,於是就搵左Glasshouse。餐廳環境燈光比較暗,帶一點浪漫而酒吧的感覺氣氛,餐牌的食物非常多元化,基本上東南亞的菜式也會有,甜品亦都非常之多,餐廳內有酒類供應亦都有Happy hour價錢叫酒類飲品,但我同朋友今晚都冇揀酒,揀左兩杯好靚ge紫紅色無酒精飲品揀左兩款小食,一款炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬,而另一款就係蜜糖雞翼,黑松露醬相當好味,而蜜糖雞翼甜道剛好,值得一試👍🏻主菜係一道用鐵板上的韓式辣肉醬意粉,上菜時鐵板熱辣辣加上韓式辣醬炒食落非常野味,意粉炒得夠乾身,唔會濕淰淰咁👍🏻唔錯唔錯!由於太飽關係,原本想食埋梳乎里都食唔落了,唯有下次啦!

揀左兩款小食,一款炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬,而另一款就係蜜糖雞翼,黑松露醬相當好味,而蜜糖雞翼甜道剛好,值得一試👍🏻
