白飯魚混合醃蘿蔔蓉,蒜香醒胃,加上一粒富鹹香的蟹子,味道突出。

玉子蛋白工序多,必須把蛋白及蛋黃分開煮,造成蛋糕般帶甜的味道,非常討好,口感柔滑。
