夜晚黎開觀塘運動,咁運動諗住食下健康野,原本打算叫湯麵同菜,最後見到隔離枱個菠蘿生炒骨真係好吸引,然後就叫左...雖然佢係炸既,但一啲都唔油(安慰返自己)。個甜酸醬調得岩岩好,完全係我地口味,個豬肉粉皮炸得好脆,所以係咁食無停口,我已經決定左為左個生炒骨再返黎。同埋佢份量都唔少。😋而個梅菜蒸菜心真係清淡好多,佢啲梅菜唔咸,但都有味既,如果唔係生炒骨比較重味,其實個菜心都已經幾送飯。運動前有菜都幾健康啊🤰🏻
