今日約咗幾個朋友去朗豪坊買嘢,但食飯時間朗豪坊內嘅餐廳通常都爆滿,所以我就search吓附近有咩餐廳,今日就嚟咗由朗豪坊行大概5分鐘就到達嘅茶聊食個午飯。呢度用上仙人掌做佈置,令你覺得好似置身於一個花園入面用膳咁。午餐時段都好多選擇,而食材方面都係簡單清新為主,肉類嘅比例唔算多,好啱鍾意多菜少肉嘅我!午餐會包括是日餐湯,今日係蘑菇忌廉湯,入面有蘑菇粒,有口感得來都幾好味。其中兩個朋友話想食Egg Benedict,所以我哋就揀咗兩款唔同口味。其中一份係煙三文魚牛油果,配搭非常清新,同埋佢嘅荷蘭汁做得相當出色,係正宗荷蘭汁嘅味道!另一款就係Parma Ham,上面加咗少許黑松露醬,同樣地以大量沙律菜伴碟,真係一個好健康嘅配搭。另外就叫咗大蝦沙律,大蝦肉質通透,非常爽口,當中除咗有大量沙律菜之外,仲混入咗牛油果粒、車厘茄同藜麥,我就鍾意呢個沙律係用上百香果汁做dressing,食起上嚟零舍清新開胃。另一款嘅沙律菜入面都係加入藜麥,而我就最鍾意佢嘅蛋白卷做得好幼滑,旁邊放咗半個牛油果,其實佢係用返牛油果殼,底層先放入龍蝦肉,上面再釀入牛油果蓉,呢個配搭真係好好食,我下次喺屋企都要試吓自己整先
