To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時大魚大肉開耐唔耐要食下素 朋友介紹左間街坊素菜 雖然扮肉既素因為醬汁呀煎炸呀好食 但就咁用蔬菜做既原來都可以好正 紅燒豆腐 $55豆腐超滑 但唔會一夾就散 豆腐份量好多 又有好多蔬菜 清清淡淡唔會過咸鮮准山炒南瓜 $65 自己買過鮮准山整 覺得處理好麻煩 見到依度有即刻點左 椰汁香味好強 准山爽口掛汁 南瓜好淋好甜 一爽一淋同椰汁都好夾 朋友食到汁撈飯豉汁素鰻魚 $65用紫菜包住卷成柱形既腐皮 加埋個鼓汁 岩晒又鐘意鰻魚又鐘意腐皮既我 唔油膩又有唔同蔬菜配搭 而且用瓦煲上一直保溫 紅燒竹笙翅 $45/碗 - 好足料仲嗌左支雪耳水 $15/支 - 只有雪耳本身淡淡甜味 冇加糖 而且飲落幾杰身 真料實料呀見成晚黎既似乎都係街坊 有一家大細入黎 見店主拎左架車仔俾個小朋友 應該係佢地上次黎留低左 小店低調親民 又平又好食 雖然唔係住附近 但都會想再黎呀

鮮准山炒南瓜 $65
自己買過鮮准山整 覺得處理好麻煩 見到依度有即刻點左 椰汁香味好強 准山爽口掛汁 南瓜好淋好甜 一爽一淋同椰汁都好夾 朋友食到汁撈飯
