朋友話有健康又飽肚抵食餃子,但最吸引我都是住家湯,用心煲的湯水味道溫和滋潤,仲有一份「家」的味道。既有傳統餃子,更有創新口味的松茸餃子和新款的芝士餃子。自家醃蘿蔔,酸酸甜甜,清爽開胃,蘿蔔醃得入味,又爽脆。調味料有醬油、醋、辣椒油及蒜蓉剁椒醬,但餃子味道都足夠,唔使調味都好好味。至尊松茸豬肉餃配狀元九鼎湯 $65/8隻,呢個組合有餃子又有湯,而且食出原味,香味四溢。最正是用矜貴食材松茸,每件餃子都是補品。餃子用灼熟的煮法,除了較健康,更可令原味更突出。很香的松茸味,菇香味比松露更清香,滿滿餡料肉汁豐富,味道香而不膩。狀元九鼎湯用料十足,店長話古法虔製,絕無味精,用粉葛、順德活鯪魚、香山活鯽魚、紅蘿蔔、扁豆、赤小豆、新會陳皮、蜜棗、鮮排骨等等,個湯仲可以去濕毒和滋陰。由於無加太多調味,所以覺得太淡可以加少少鹽,堅好飲,好真材實料的住家湯。中山金吒蒸餃子 $35/3隻,特點就是中山家鄉特色,即叫即蒸,熱辣辣,真係要襯熱食。餃皮雖厚厚地,但軟滑有彈性,南乳味好突出,豬肉嫩腍油香,餃子都做到爆醬效果,好多醬汁。香煎軟心芝士餃 $48/7隻,用兩大品牌的芝士做餡,煎得香脆可口。好多芝士,而且味道

餃子皮煮得剛好,餃皮厚薄適中,菜肉餡料比例也剛好,配健康湯底,食完都無負擔。
