To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前經過見到想試點之要等好多張枱就放棄左，今次特登早啲黎等位試下佢，都等左半個鍾多啲，因為鋪面唔算大，所以大家要食就問好早啲黎等啦入面既模式係坐低左，叫野食係要行出去食完比埋錢先會送餐黎，有自助形式嘅水/餐具自己拎加洲風味-黎到一望咁大碗😍全部食物都切到一粒粒，三文魚好大粒，沙律菜同青瓜都好新鮮，三文魚子食落去唔會腥👍🏻飯就偏少，因為我地無加飯，大食既朋友就一定要加飯啦，夾埋果仁芝麻醬，好健康好好食👍🏻自選風味-我就揀左三文魚同吞拿魚跟壽司飯加沙律，配料就蟹子豆腐雞蛋絲配果仁芝麻醬，雞蛋絲偏乾身少少，豆腐無咩豆腐味一定要點多啲醬，如果唔係就係一個無味既豆腐，唔夠醬可以問佢拎，因為我都拎左整體非常健康👍🏻
