To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 總會有啲時候好想飲下廢水但市面上一杯都400幾kcal起跳太浪費我地珍貴的quota了!到底喺天仁點揀先冇咁唔健康呢?🧐✅飲品🥤1. 無味原茶🍵- 無糖茶+糖漿- 無糖原茶類係零卡路里 (要嗌走糖)- 通常如果我想咬珍珠先會配無糖茶 (如果唔係就咁喺711買茶都ok🙄)- e.g. 茉香綠茶、913茶王、冰鎮紅茶、桂花金萱冰茶、桂花茶王....2. 冰果茶🍎🍊🍵- 無糖茶+鮮榨果汁+糖漿(根據你選擇嘅甜度)- 嗌走糖嘅話,至少攝取嘅都係天然果糖,不過就攝取唔到生果嘅fibre- e.g. 香橙綠茶、鮮榨水果茶、檸檬紅茶...- 有其他台式飲品店會用果味糖漿代替鮮榨果汁,嗰啲就真。唔抵飲了!.3. 鮮奶類🥛- 無糖茶+鮮牛奶+配料+糖漿- 嗌走糖嘅話,可以當係飲緊牛奶+茶,所以不會太heavy- 配料嘅糖通常冇得走 (e.g. 珍珠有用蜂蜜煮、芋頭蓉/燕麥有加砂糖)- e.g. 913鮮奶茶、香芋鮮奶綠、鮮奶綠/茶、普洱拿鐵....4. 有味原茶🍯🍵- 無糖茶+配料+糖漿- 唔肯定配料係用有味糖漿定exactly嗰樣食物(e.g.洛神花汁 VS 洛神花糖漿)- 都係嗰句,走糖呀~- e.

- 無糖茶+糖漿
- 無糖原茶類係零卡路里 (要嗌走糖)
- 通常如果我想咬珍珠先會配無糖茶 (如果唔係就咁喺711買茶都ok🙄)

- 無糖茶+鮮榨果汁+糖漿(根據你選擇嘅甜度)
- 嗌走糖嘅話,至少攝取嘅都係天然果糖,不過就攝取唔到生果嘅fibre
- e.g. 香橙綠茶、鮮榨水果茶、檸檬紅茶...
- 有其他台式飲品店會用果味糖漿代替鮮榨果汁,嗰啲就真。唔抵飲了!
