To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和友人找尋少吃的東西，路過見到就入去，冇plan。餐廳整體感覺比較warm，屬小店。隔板上的手寫的菜單很有風格，基本上一睇就明。和朋友剛點了自選。一個三文魚一個吞拿魚為主。都係先點主食然之後再揀配菜的套路。食落口都幾清新， 個人幾鍾意青瓜同埋海帶的配搭。醬汁我哋試咗鰹魚汁同埋芥末。兩個都幾好味。壽司飯感覺上就比較軟，呢個位要扣少少分。最後就係主食，吞拿魚比較瘦還可以。三文魚方面就有少少腥味，呢個位置都要扣啲分。整體份量都幾好嘅。喜歡小店嘅可以一試。
