呢輪想食健康d,午餐都盡量選擇高蛋白質、多菜、少碳水化學物,呢間外賣便當就好適合 。而家我差唔多一個星期都買一次,雖然價錢都唔平,但係選擇都夠多,牛豬雞魚都有,仲有麻婆豆腐。因為我想食少d飯,通常都會加十幾蚊走飯轉全蔬菜,都好夠飽,晏晝都唔會餓。但係佢個全蔬菜其實只有西蘭花同椰菜,如果你唔鍾意食呢兩種菜就要考慮下。
