個人認為每朝早腸胃仲係空洞洞既時候所食既野係最吸收既,所以每朝都會飲一大杯水洗吓條腸,再食份健康早餐。我鐘意食rich and creamy既乳酪,雖然脂肪較高但厚厚實實既質感比起水汪汪果種可口好多。而且當中所含鈣質可補充我既鈣攝取量同埋益生菌對腸道有益,食完感覺良好~藍苺乳酪 $27都幾大杯~頂層有燕麥脆脆、南瓜子同紅苺乾,食落仲有陣香甜既蜜糖味。多左食用纖維同脆脆口感。乳酪有新鮮藍苺粒同藍苺醬,酸甜度剛好。
