明天放假,今晚放工後梗係要出去食下野吹下水,不用急住回家休息啦。同朋友黎左觀塘工廈揾食,一早book定枱食個主打慢煮嘅西餐先。工廈地點不易找,好彩朋友喺觀塘區返工,原來喺正大街上面,又ok喎,落左地鐵行多十分鐘左右就到。店內環境優靜,點上一個小蠟燭份外有情調。坐低不久店員遞上呢個頭盤小食,佢話有訂枱就有,每天不同款,是晚係青口配上沙沙汁,酸酸地幾清新。點了五道菜的餐,$368一位,有頭盤,餐湯,意粉,主菜,甜品同餐飲,頭三樣都有兩款揀,啱啱好同朋友叫每人一樣share食。而主菜則有五款,甜品有三款,好快就揀到自己心水。先來頭盤,新鮮芒果蝦沙律配煙挪威三文魚和慢煮紅菜頭,鮮甜芒果配大蝦好清新,紅菜頭意外地有口感,好味呀。另一個頭盤,雜凍肉碟配慢煮蘋果和季節性沙律菜黑醋汁,賣相靚靚,估唔到煮過嘅蘋果依然爽脆甜,澄金黃色,真係又靚又好味。自家製餐包,鬆軟又有麥香。野菌忌廉湯,朋友點了呢款,菇味濃郁,飲落粒粒菇茸。蕃茄清湯,蕃茄味勁濃得黎真係睇唔到一粒雜質,好清完全無油。聽師傅講話呢個好多功夫,超碼要預備兩日,而加好少餐廳會做,蕃茄fans嘅我就大愛了!飲完餐湯就上pasta,開頭仲驚食唔哂,

飲完餐湯就上pasta,開頭仲驚食唔哂,原來係精緻嘅雲吞。自家製墨魚汁介子海鮮雲吞配龍蝦汁,雲吞皮有嚼勁,內裏餡料豐滿,食落鮮甜美味,好正。
