To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做完瑜伽係附近搵啲健康野食下,搵到間素食店,食下新式齋菜先,同男友叫左兩樣野食,粟米牛肝菌意粉配香茅天香吉,同喇沙湯麵。飲百香果檸檬蜜,同紅石榴汁,兩杯都好好飲,店員仲話紅石榴汁抗癌抗氧化。粟米牛肝菌意粉配香茅天香吉,好香牛肝菌味好香,店員話有五隻顏色係入面,不過我地無專心聽人講野,淨係知,無添加色素同味精。喇沙湯麵,有兩隻大素蝦,勁爽口,五片素魚片,個湯底有椰奶,好香,同做到好香口。仲食左用氣炸鍋炸既素雞,好香口。舖仔細細,得四個bar枱位,但好整潔好骨止。仲有好多素食材料可以買到,都幾方便。店員都好詳細講啲野可以點煮。
