MUJI cafe其實食過好多次,九龍灣呢間就真係第一次黎,感覺比起其他分店闊落好多咁~咁鍾意食muji除左因為係日本迷之外,仲因為佢標榜食材新鮮同埋健康為主。今日剛剛轉了新一季餐單,同樣叫左個四品料理試試新菜式。有黎開嘅都知黑醋豚肉係佢地四季必有嘅餸,呢個真係好好食,酸酸甜甜(但又唔係粵式咕嚕肉個種嘅味道),而且今次整得幾好,舊肉唔肥唔乾,啱啱好!而薯餅就脆卜卜啱啱炸起咁,新鮮!冷盤方面叫左兩個沙律,反而呢兩個凍食冇乜特別,普通出面都食到嘅沙律味道。下次要試吓其他秋季冷盤先評價到,但overall成個餐都係好食,望似細份但都好夠飽。
